After many years of being overweight I decided to do something about it. Went on a different eating plan and got Turbo Jam for my exercise. Lost 60 pounds and was well on my way to goal...That was 4 years ago. Life got in the way and I gained back 30 pounds. I have now committed to getting to goal, getting in shape and getting much healthier! I have two grandbabies that I love to play with
