I have been warming the couch for the past five (5+) years after working 12
+ hours a day. I have seen some good movies and sporting events, and

having a Beach Body and going to the beach this summer with my wife and
kids and not feel reluctant to take off my shirt.

Update: Since Day 1 I have lost 19 Pounds, and 2+ Inch off my waist. I am
seeing positive changes. Tony's workouts are by far the best.
