Hello! My name is Heidi and I am so excited to be your Million Dollar Body Coach! :) I am currently working in the commercial lending industry and am very involved in church activities several nights a week, so needless to say finding time every day to work out can definitely be a challenge, but it is so worth it! One of the best tips I've received is to workout with a buddy and doing that has definitely helped with my consistency. There is no substitute for accountability! In the spare time that I do have I enjoy playing with my dog Kaya and cat Lola, reading, and doing community service projects such as donating blood and volunteering for SKIP Camp.

My transformation story is still a work in progress :) I have worked out on and off since college but only recently began really trying to work out consistently and change my eating habits (so important - I would love to share some easy diet changes and healthy recipe websites with you!). I still struggle with consistency in both areas, but a big lesson I have learned is that you don't have to just give up if you fall off the wagon, we all struggle from time to time but you just have to pick yourself up and get going again! I love changing my workout up, so I go to various classes at the gym and even did a 30-day outdoor fitness bootcamp which I highly recommend if you ever have the chance! Recently I started Turbo Jam and would highly recommend it to anyone! I am currently down 12 pounds from when I started but more important than a number is the transformation I've seen in my body and the pride I take in knowing I'm taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle. You can do it too!
