I am a motorcycle technology instructor 47 years old. I have finally decided I wasted too much time thinking about losing weight and start doing it. I am a former Marine and now not so lean or mean just overweight. So I'm on the right track and getting fit. Tony Horton says in P90X to bring it, so I'm bringing it everyday!
