but I haven't been consistently active in a long time other then walking my
dogs every day. I am very close with my family, which often hinders my
healthy eating/exercise habits because EVERYTHING we do revolves around
food. I also have a job that requires me to travel 100% of the time, so sitting
down to make and eat meals isn't always practical. What's more, most of my
customer interactions revolve around food and entertainment(probably 90%)
so sticking to any kind of diet or exercise regimen is extremely challenging. I
also volunteer on the weekends, which also usually center around meetings
for breakfast or lunch. I know that this time I am going to succeed. If I am
going to have the energy I will need for my current committments as well as
my new endeavors, I need to get healthy the right way-no more fads, no
more crash starvation diets three weeks before an event. Who wants to be
worried about sucking in her gut all the time?:)
