Born & raised in NYC and relocated to Saginaw MI where I married my love. Just celebrated our 10th Anniversary and our daughters 5th birthday.

Growing up I was very athletic and always on the go. I was in great physical shape. The older I got the less active I became and my physical body/health was on a downward spiral and picking up speed (sound familiar). Sitting behind a desk and barely having any spare time for any physical activity was taking its toll on by body and health. I come from a family with a long list of physical issues like: High Blood Pressure, Diabetes and Heart Disease. My Maternal Grandfather and my Paternal Grandmother both died from heart attacks.
A few months ago when I was diagnosed with High Cholesterol, I knew I had to make a change! I decided to make a change for two reasons.
1) I want to lower my Cholesterol so that I can live a long healthy life for my family.
2) I want to be an example to my daughter on how to live healthy and help others in the process.
