Nursemommyof2, 34 y.o. RN with husband and 2 toddlers, working 2 part-time jobs and going back to school. But I want it all so I am going for being in the best shape of my life! Soon moving to Tx and want to be able to look fabulous in a swimsuit. My goal is to drop 50 pounds this year and STOP shopping for swimwear in the maternity department! Want to be able to teach everyone in my family that food that is good for you and healthy exercise is the best way to live!

Love physical activity, usually outside stuff like kayaking, biking and hiking. Alot of this has gone with the wayside with going back to school, getting married and having 2 kids close in age. I am slowly but surely getting there by walking, and doing P90. For the first time in my life I am incorporating weights into my routine and that makes a big difference. I am also making slow dietary changes so they will last.
