Love physical activity, usually outside stuff like kayaking, biking and hiking. Alot of this has gone with the wayside with going back to school, getting married and having 2 kids close in age. I am slowly but surely getting there by walking, and doing P90. For the first time in my life I am incorporating weights into my routine and that makes a big difference. I am also making slow dietary changes so they will last.
