MY NAME IS WAVE AND I AM EMBARKING ON A NEW ADVENTURE TO GO WITH MY NU HIP. I HAVE SFFERED FOR MANY YEARS WITH PAIN FROM ARTHRITIS. LITTLE DID I REALIZE THAT ALONG WITH PAIN COMES SO MUCH LIFE CHANGING MISERY. WELL, NOW THAT I HAVE HAD MY HIP REPLACED (THREE MONTHS AGO) I AM READY TO BEGIN MY LIFE AS IF IS MY FIRST TIME OUT.
I AM STARTING AT THE MEGA WEIGHT OF 300 LBS. I AM SO

I CAN'T BLAME MY DAUGHTERS' BIRTH (SHE IS NOW THIRTY), OR ANY OF THE MULTITUDE OF EXCUSES THAT I COULD USE. I HAVE JUST BECOME TO COMPLACENT WITH MY LIFE AND MY SIZE. I HAVE NOT WORKED ON ME IN A FEW YEARS AND NOW THAT I HAVE A NEW OUTLOOK ON LIFE I'M MOVING FORWARD WITH NO RESERVATIONS.
I AM GLAD TO HAVE A SITE WHERE I CAN SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS GOING ON THE SAME JOURNEY.
