Yes my daily life is extremely exciting, thrilling, edge of your seat type stuff. In order to relax and come done from these adrenaline pumping days I had to find a bunch of mundane hobbies. My free time is usually spent bouldering, going to concerts, visiting foreign lands, doing P90X and X+ (of course) and sometimes I even try to play music. I also had a short stint racing cars, which lasted as long as it took me to reach the limit on my credit card.

I've always been a skinny guy and could always eat whatever I wanted. When I was high school, I spent a whole summer working out and drinking weight gainer shakes and didn't gain a single pound. After entering the corporate world, my regular breakfast became a 600 calorie, fat laden honey-bun from the vending machine. Slowly but surely I put on a few pounds and ended up being about 17% body fat and 180lbs, which was big for me.
The P90X story began in 2005 when I noticed my wife was really sore. I wasn't quite sure what was going on, but she told me it was from yoga or bouldering or something. I really thought nothing of it at the time until one day I was cleaning up and found she had bought the P90X program. So I browsed through the guide and immediately came to the conclusion that P90X was no joke. When she got home that night I told her I wanted to join her in her journey and we began soon after.
Our first round in 2005 went extremely well, I ended up losing almost 20lbs and was done to 7% or so body fat. The wife had lost 14lbs and 7% fat or so. The results were amazing, but for some reason we didn't continue. Though the healthy eating habit stuck with us for the most part.
Over the next few years, we would start, stop, start, stop and never quite finish a round or even make it past the first month. It took until 2008 and the announcement of P90X+ to get us motivated again. We have rededicated ourselves to the program and have just completed our first full round of P90X since 2005 and will be jumping into X+ shortly. Currently my wife and I are in the best shape of our lives and looking to continue improving on what we have gained. There is no stopping this time.
