I am an accountant in North Carolina.
I do at least an hour of yoga every morning and walk/run at
least a half an hour every evening. When I need motivation, I
bring out the DVDs - Hip Hop Abs or the Slim Series - great
jump start! These really help me get through the winter -
especially.

I have been loyal to Beach Body products for years, the
problem was - I wasn't loyal to myself. Stress and the daily
grind took its toll on my body as well as my mindset.
I now make it my #1 priority to take care of myself and
exercise every day. I may not look like it yet, but I feel
like a million bucks and know that soon, I will have a
million dollar body.
One of my little tricks is that I tell myself I am allergic
to french fries, potatoes and other unhealthy foods. My
allergy is that these foods make me fat! So therefore, I am
not allowed to have them. It really works! (But, I still
occasionally forget I have the allergy....)
