Team Beachbody Guest

I have been over weight since I was in middle school and I really don't remember what it was like to be skinny. I used to be in a bunch of different sports and I miss doing all of them. I miss running and swimming the most and right now - I don't either one of them because I'm not comfortable with myself. Over the years, I have tried a bunch of different diets and 'programs' that I never stuck with, until I found BeachBody.

I have been actively working out with BeachBody products since January 1, 2008. I have lost 20 pounds and a total of 30.25 inches! In 2.5 months!! I have so much fun doing the workouts and logging into WOWY!! I have made friends and created some really awesome and encouraging relationships with the people that I’ve met through WOWY.

Since I started, I have so much more energy to play with my son and it's so much fun! He also loves working out with me which makes me proud that I'm setting a good example for him. I have many people noticing the difference in me. I'm wearing clothing that I haven't worn in months - even years. I’m SO much happier, I’m smiling all the time and I’m walking with my head held high instead of looking at the ground. I have so much more confidence in my thoughts and actions! I LOVE IT!!!!
