I lost 30 lbs so far and increased my stamina as well as energy. I am much stronger which feels really good. I still need to lose another ten to fifteen pounds worth of fat but would like to add the equivalent in muscle mass. I've been exercising for two years now using Hip Hop Abs 1&2, Ten Minute Trainer as well as Turbo jam and P90. Although I have had a fair amount of success, I am entering myself here as a member because I want to become more consistant and focused so i can reach my full potential. I'm 43, have two grown kids and a young one still at home. I sit at a computer for much of my day which certainly influenced the addition to weight I gained over many years. I hope to change my career and become an singersongwriter. Though being 43 may not work to my advantage in that regard, packaging is very much part of the product today. So, I better get this package looking more appealing!
