I am an overweight 47+ grandmother of two, who lives in California and
works in a state prison as a teacher and still attending school to get my
degree in criminal justice. I like hanging out with my mom,girlfriends and go
to the beach, shopping, yard sales, when I can escape from my kid and

work schedule is 06:00am to 4:40 wed thr sat I have to start work as soon as
I get home.

I am mad at myself for not having the motivation to lose and get healthy. My
goal is to get of my high blood pressure medicine. my doctor said lose the
weight and my blood pressure will come down. I hve never been this over
weight nor felt this uncomfortable, I hate myself. So here i am. I have had this
work out in my closet for a few months, thought i didnt have time.
