I use to use all types of excuses like everyone does from time to time. Now I
take that hr a day for myself to commit myself for life
with keeping in shape. We all deserve that time no matter how busy we are.

I use to be addicted to fast food. I loved my quarterpounders. It was my
comfort food, no doubt. I use to work three jobs as well so I was going from one job to another job just grabbing whatever whenever till one day it caught up to me..
It did not take long to get to that point. Before I knew it I was at my heaviest I ever was which was 205 lbs, I know at 5'7'' That's not where my weight should be. I kept yo yoing for yrs with fancy diets.. low carb no carb
you name it I did it and I realized that was not the answer.
Now I just make the commitment to workout and eat right and that's basically
it. I eat 5 times a day four-5 little meals that are healthy and I keep pretty full.
It's been a struggle but between the Beachbody products, the classes I take at gym, and me changing my eating habits, and the support I am getting from the community on here and other friends, I've been able to keep going
and I hope to maintain for life..
