I have completed one round of Insanity, six rounds of P90X and I incorporated P90X+ into my fourth and fifth rounds. I am stoked about this program -
so stoked that I recently became a coach! P90X and now P90X+ have been my
workout regimen for the past 30 months and what an incredible 30 months it has been. I
have achieved the results that I was seeking and there is nothing special
about me - you to can achieve your fitness goals and I can help! All you gotta do is Bring It! and Keep pushin play. Please call

Before I started P90X and after I turned 40, I began to feel slow, stiff and
sluggish. You see I was one of those thin people blessed with a high
metabolism and prior to 40 I simply worked out and ate whatever I wanted.
These poor diet habits caught up with me and I gained several pounds and a
potbelly. In a couple of years my weight ballooned to 176 pounds at over
30% body fat. I looked at pictures of my daughter and me at the beach and I
looked fat and old. I also looked and felt stiff and could not do many of the things I used to do like run 5 miles.

I decided I had to do something and a friend told me about P90X. I liked the
convenience of working out at home and not having to wait my turn for the
weights and workout equipment at the gym. I canceled my gym membership during round one of P90X.

Initially, my schedule made it very difficult to get in a daily workout. I
persevered through those initial days and sometimes worked out two or three
times on Saturday to get in 6 workouts per week. The initial commitment I made to myself was to get in 6 workouts per week no matter what it took. Now a daily workout is
simply a habit.

My diet has changed considerably as I eat healthy averaging five to seven
meals per day. My meals are small
portions and the largest meal I have daily is breakfast. My diet consists
mainly of
whole grain breads, fruits, protein shakes, skim milk, turkey, chicken, fish,
vegetables,
olives, yogurt and sunflower seeds. My new diet has helped me
tremendously - I use Michi's ladder as my guide. My new motto is nothing tastes as good as ripped feels.

I have now lost 26 pounds, 24% body fat, packed on some muscle mass (some of
my friends jokingly refer to me as Papa Pump) and I feel fantastic! My old pants are huge as I have lost 3 inches in my waist and I am in the best shape of my life.

I am as excited about physical fitness as ever and this has impacted my
family as my wife is now doing P90X with me - round 5 for me and round 1 for her. Our goal is for my wife to be the next family success story. My daughter works out to Tony and the Kids workout
and Shaun T's Fit Kid workout. You can see my wife and daughter in my January 2009 MDB game winning video.

I recently saw a friend that I had not seen in awhile and he commented that
the years had been good to me. My wife posted my transformation photo on
her Facebook page and one of her friends commented, "Is that Todd? If it is
holy P90X!"

As I previously said - this has been an incredible journey. Beachbody has
changed my life. In one year I have gone from flabby to fabulous. You can come along on this journey and make awesome
changes in your life as well!

I also won the 40-49 age group, January 2009, Success Story Contest! Life just keeps getting better and better with Team Beachbody. I am so excited about this win - I am in the process of calling and e-mailing all my friends to let them know! Initially I wanted to be a success story now I want to help others succeed. Beachbody Rocks!
