I need to loose around 150 lbs or better. I made it 1/2 way there three years ago by eating right and exercising and then hit a hole in the road with some health issues. I have gained back the loss, thank god didn't go above it, but I am desperate to conquer it! I've used my health issues as an excuse when they should be the very thing forcing me to conquer this. I need encouragement to exercise daily and eat right. Any helpful recipes or low impact startup exercises for people with foot, knee and back problems and a super slow metabolism. I just plain need help! Hellllp!
