I've struggled with body
image issues all my life and after a bout of depression and excessive eating,
I really packed on the pounds. I went from a weight of 125 in high school to over 200 pounds, 220 at my heaviest. When I got engaged in winter of 2007, I started eating more healthfully and started losing. I signed up for Beachbody in May of 2008, and completed a round of Power 90. I lost

is reshaping itself, slowly but surely. I can see definition (where once there
was only flab)! I have a long way to go yet, having started out soooo out of
weight and out of shape. The biggest transformation, though, has been in
my heart and head - not just my body. In taking on this challenge, I've been
faced with old body image and confidence issues I thought were once buried.
Basically, Beachbody doesn't just change your body, it changes your life! I have
more energy now, more confidence in myself, more spirit, I am more fun to
be around, instead of always worrying and moping,I get out there and do the
things I want to do.

In fact, I love Beachbody so much, I just became a coach! I'm excited about this new endeavor, and looking forward to meeting new people and helping them achieve their own fitness goals.
