I am 48 y.o., and live in Long Island, NY. I am out of shape at 5'8", 206 lbs. I work out on and off ,but am at the point where I want my body back that I used to have 20 years ago. I know it will change my life and am ready for change. I am in real estate, and investments, and am self employed, and can use my schedule freely.
