I am frequently up and down, I need to stay fit to do what I do but sometimes my body gets so used to one way of eating or exercising that I seem to stop loosing, so I change up. And try something More...
I am frequently up and down, I need to stay fit to do what I do but sometimes my body gets so used to one way of eating or exercising that I seem to stop loosing, so I change up. And try something different. Right now I'm into PiYo (tm)and hip hop aerobics. Then I like the Turbo kicks. So basically I am always transforming.
