I am a hairstylist at my own salon and have very little time, but more than anything, I have no will power or motivation. As a stylist, I think I would have more confidence and self esteem if I felt better about myself. I would love to lose 20 pounds and have more energy to play with my kids. I want to look great and feel great too.

I have struggled with weight gain since 1999 when I had my daughter. I gained a whopping 45 pounds during my pregnancy and unfortunately, I never have seen my pre-pregnancy weight since. I have tried hundreds of pills, diets, and exercise plans, and only became frustrated to not see immediate results. In 2002, I gave birth to my son. With him, I gained 50 pounds! Between that and the weight I never lost with my first one, I weighed 175 pounds. I was so ashamed of myself, but felt as if it were impossible to do anything about it. Finally, in 2006, I buckled down and started exercising with Turbo Jam and following the Weight Watchers plan, and I lost 25 pounds. I felt great. People started noticing and commenting about how good I looked. I felt great! Then, in August 2007, I found out that I was expecting again. My daughter was born in February, 2008. We now have a complete family and I am so happy, except for my weight. I am now 5'5" and 165 pounds. My goal is to lose 25 pounds before my 30th birthday in May, 2009. That would make my life story the ultimate happy ending.
