Just eating really well...mainly whole natural foods. I don't eat any junk or
fast food at all and drink a lot of water at least 12 glasses per day.

fast food at all and drink a lot of water at least 12 glasses per day.

I've been doing power 90 but I've done the program before on and off. I did
it once all the way though but that was several years ago. This time I started
using phase I-II and was ready for 3-4 after two weeks because I was really
familiar with the routines. I moved on to master series on day 42 and I'm
loving it.
