Transformation Story

I started with completing the Slim in 6 program and was able to lose a couple
of inches. I've had a hard time nailing down my 6 day a week workouts but
I've tried really hard! Right now More...
I started with completing the Slim in 6 program and was able to lose a couple
of inches. I've had a hard time nailing down my 6 day a week workouts but
I've tried really hard! Right now I'm sticking with Yoga Booty Ballet. These
workouts are a lot of fun so now it's a matter of sticking it out. I haven't had
much luck with buddies, so if anyone works out around 6pm EST most of the
week, send me an invite! I think this will help me to keep it up.
