I've seen this program on tv and have always worked out some but not since I got out of the Marine corps. I tried a few programs and didn't stay with them as I don't care for longer workouts. I have been divorced for about 11 years and have dated some but have let myself absolutely go shape wise. I have three kids and a granddaughter and my youngest daughter is getting married in October of this

My weight doesn't concern me as muscle weighs more than fat anyway but I would just like to muscle and tone up and keep my body fat percentage down as I get older and older I want to be in the best shape I can be in and not starve to death doing it. I love to eat and I don't think I eat too bad.I would like to be able to peel my shirt off and have people look at the body I have developed from hard work and dedication and I will defintitely need help and support to achieve that and I think I have finally found the right girl for the job. I originally started in 2007 and had no support and I found the p90 was too much for my back and knees so with the 10 minute trainer and the Chaleen Extreme I feel like now is my time to make a difference with the help of my awesome coach.
