| rechamp Hi, I'm close to 50 and fed up with my love handles. I can still swim approx. 1/2 mile and can run2-3 miles without training hard. I served in the military and could still do 2 miles in 12 minutes at age 32- I could also do 80 pushups in 2.5 minutes- Not any more- I may not get back to that place but I still want to be in the best shape possible for my age- Funny thing is I am Director of Food My Progress My Fitness Goal: Transformation Story
