I have always been a very active person being a cheerleader from Little League all the way through high school. In college I took up running, but not good eating. After graduating from college, life and work got in the way and my weight began to fluctuate due to lack of exercise and eating whatever I wanted. As the years passed, I went from a size 4 to a size 12 even though I swore to myself I would never wear double digits! Then I convinced myself that I didn't look that bad! One day I finally realized that it did look that bad!
In September 2004, I started WW and lost about 30 pounds then gained it all back over the course of 3 years! I have never had health problems and didn't want them to start and I knew that I needed something more than just changing my diet. After watching a Yoga Booty Ballet infomerical summer 2007; I decided to order it. I loved the workout but still wanted something different. I ordered SI6 and fell in love with the results that I was getting from Debbie! Unfortunately, I fell and broke my ankle in September and was out of commission until November. I decided to "wait until the new year" to get back into exercise and eating properly. I started SI6 in January followed by rounds of Slim Series-Slim Training and Slim Series Express from February until March/April. Debbie really burns the fat in all the areas that you need it! I wanted to move on to another program and decided to try Turbo Jam and fell in love!! I LOVE TJ and have been doing the Advanced Rip U Up Rotation with great results! I've never been that much of a cardio person but really enjoy TJ!! I have also used PHH and now I'm waiting for ChaLEAN Extreme to come so that I can lean out more with that! Beachbody has truly been great to this body! I am currently wearing mostly 8's and some 10's!! I'm very pleased with my results and don't worry as much about the scale numbers or the size clothes I wear because I know I'm healthier and fitter! Can't wait to see what ChaLEAN Extreme will do to me next!
I can't possibly omit the support I've received from the message boards and the many "cyber friends" I've made who help keep me motivated providing support and advice! Thanks guys!
