It has been 40 days and wow what a change. I feel a bigger difference on the inside than the outside. I have only lost 12 pounds but it feels like 40. The difference 12 pounds makes is amazing. I feel so much lighter. I have tons more energy and I look forward to working out. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Now it has been another month. Down 12 more pounds yeah. Total is now 24 pounds. I love how losing weight is making me feel. My body feels great because I am exercising and eating healthy, which is what my body needs. Exercising has become a passion. I can't wait to do it each day. It is one of the most enjoyable times in my day.

Month 3 was did not go well. I somehow got very distracted and only lost 2 1bs. It is ok. I have the mantra no matter what I have to keep on going. I do not care how long it takes if I do not quit I will get there.
