I was very athletic in school and since my fitness has been one of few peaks and many valleys. I reached my low when a few months ago I blew my back out putting on my seatbelt. I don't know what was worse, my ego or my core.

I had been seeing this infomercial guy who with a crazed look in his eyes jump around on TV like he had 4 double espressos. He was continually raving about his new fitness program that could transform your body in a scant 90 days due to some scheme he referred to as "muscle confusion". I had tried bootcamps, personal trainers, classes, fad diets etc without any real results so I recognized this as just another snake oil salesman trying to pawn off his elixir.

One morning in bed I really watched the infomercial and off handedly said to my go to the gym everyday wife, "I'll try it if you do." The product was on the way to the house before I got out of bed.

I was impressed with the package out of the box. It was extremely easy to follow and simple. The raving guy on TV continued to rave on the videos, but somehow it motivated me. I took some of the pictures and set off on my "trial period"

After the first week I could do one pull up at a time and could not near make it through an entire workout. After two weeks, I was near ready to quit but funny enough all of my pants were loose. I was convinced that Tony and the rest gang were sadists and secretly laughing at the rest of us putting our body's through this ordeal, but I kept at it and waited for the results to plateau.

At thirty days I took my pictures and couldn't really see a big difference but I felt better. I was more flexible and could keep up with my kids better, so I decided to keep it up. I was determined to prove that I was going to plateau and prove this Tony guy wrong so I kept it up.

At around 50 days stuff started really changing. My body started really taking shape and I started peeking at the weight Tony was lifting. I wanted to beat this guy. From then I have been hooked.

I would have to say that I have experienced a total lifestyle change. I am hungry for tougher workouts. I want to challenge myself for more. I have started the P90X+ and look forward to whatever Tony has next.

The appreciation that I have to Tony Horton and the entire Beachbody can't be expressed properly in this format. I would not be where I am and not be where I am going without you guys. Thank you
