I've been a stay at home mom for the last 14 years. My chilren are both teens, 1 boy and 1 girl. I'm also a wife of a very busy husband. I'm 46 and hope to be able to keep fit for a long time to come.

I'm kind of just starting. I've had the workout for about 6 months and have done weeks 1 thru 3 but not combined with eating healthy and working out the full 6 days. That is what I hope to do, even if I have to combine the 10 minute heavy resistance and walking the dogs to get the full 6. I also am going to use the meal planner for meal ideas, but being an old weight watcher, I'm going to combine points, protein shakes, to try to stay on target. I'm 46 years old and want my before children body of a 30 year old. I also just quit smoking, which has increased my weight here recently.
