Kewanee, IL I'm 35 years old, married with a son (8), one daughter (almost 3) and a son (3 months). I'm a flight respiratory therapist (fly patients from small hospitals to larger facilities), and moved to AZ for this job from Elgin, IL. I met my wife in August 2001. I was a smoker, horrible eater, drank about a 12 pack of Mountain Dew a day. I weighed 165 or so. I quit smoking and started eating more I'm 35 years old, married with a son (8), one daughter (almost 3) and a son (3 months). I was a smoker, horrible eater, drank about a 12 pack of Mountain Dew a day. I weighed 165 or so. I quit smoking and started eating more than one meal a day and my weight went to 200 in about 2 to 3 months after meeting my wife. I want to get in better shape and live a healthier life style for something that my kids and wife can look up to, be proud of and to be around to see them get older and have children, etc.

I started Power 90 on November 14th of 2005. I completed the program 90 days later. Feeling great. Moved on to Turbo Jam. Love the energy of the workouts, but missed the weight training. On April 24th I decided to start another round of Power 90. I ordered P90X shortly there after and couldn't wait to start it, so I officially started a 90 day cycle of P90X on June 12th, 2006. I'm really concentrating on the nutrition side and the workouts this time. I love BeachBody products. I've never stayed with anything this long. I would have probably had much better results if I could just get the eating down. But it'll come. I just push play everyday and we'll work on the eating. Thanks alot Beach Body.
