16 years ago when I joined the Army I was 119 lbs and was so skinny that I had to drink a gallon of milk before they weighed me so I could meet the minimum weight standard to serve in the Military.

A few months ago I hit 199 lbs and couldn't believe it! So I started working out thinking - "Hey I'm a Soldier, I know what to do!" I ran 2+ miles a day and walked another 2-3 miles each day and counted my calories, making sure that I stayed at 2,000 or less each day. Well that sort of worked... I lost about 15 pounds of fat and could get into some of my more recent pants... but I couldn't break the barrier. I wanted to be in the BEST shape of my Life - and look better at my 20 year reunion than I did when I was in High school!

So - Here comes P90X to the Rescue!!!
