Currently in the midst of a 60 day challenge. With this challenge I will be trying to go from 140lbs to over 150lbs by increasing strength training and using Insanity. I am not looking to add weight in a negative sense, but totally through muscle. I want to add inches to my chest and each arm. 1 week in thus far.
