My hubby and I are currently in the windy city, but I have spent time in Colorado, Philadelphia, Florida, and North Carolina. I am a huge Turbo Jam fan and love the Beachbody products!

Growing up, I was active with tennis, softball, running, yoga, weight training, and lots of cardio/aerobic exercise.
I'm not trying to make excuses, but once I became a RN and began graduate school, my activity level plummeted. I packed on pounds, yo-yo dieted, and found myself lacking the confidence I used to.
Realizing a change was necessary, I began running again and using Beachbody programs. My favorite, Turbo Jam! After a knee & leg injury in the 2008 Chicago marathon, I am no longer training for runs, but just enjoying casual lakefront runs and my Beachbody programs. The Beachbody workouts are challenging, fun, & VERY addicting. I will keep you updated on my progress.
