To me, I should be in even better shape!!! I have to lead by example. So when I saw P90X and the challenge, I thought I'd jump on board, get my body fat down to a single digit and gain 10-15 lbs of lean muscle. I want those "guns" and the shoulders. So, I am ready to "Bring It". Thanks P90X and to all those who can help make it happen. I love to travel, have five other siblings and 12 nieces & nephews, So Uncle Johnny is indeed the crazy one who will "go for it". Cheers to 2009!

My story is that I have always had a "joe" average body! I have been on the slim side, I bike, swim and use to run. I have always wanted to be able to take my shirt off and know with confidence that when people looked, they would know that I certainly worked-out and took care of my body. I think it is just as challenging for an underweight person to gain a lean, sculpted super-fit body. I eat pretty much a Vegetarian lifestyle, so I know that is really going to be my challenge! To get enough "clean" calories in. I travel a lot, as I do consulting in the Hospitality Industry. I have the discipline, its the intake of food in that I am concerned about. I had a partcial rotator cuff tear on my left shoulder and that took a while to re-habilitate. So, with that my goals are to gain 10 Lbs. of lean muscle, drop my Fat% down to single digits. I am going to start up this coming Monday, April 6th. Looking forward to the next 90 days, with up-dates every 30 days and some excellent results!!!!!
