I have always led an active lifestyle with my husband and two teenage kids. We love to camp and hike, ride bicycles, walk, exercise to aerobic DVD’s, lift weights and even ride off-road motorcycles. I’ve also been a juvenile/type 1 diabetic for 42 years. My diabetes has always been under very good control with my hemoglobin A1C’s in the six percentile but my commitment to exercise and maintaining
