Well, I've been married for 15 years, to the same woman, and I have two very beautiful girls ages 10 and 5, and I love them with ever ounce of my heart. So now you know why I'm here. A little about me, I'm 601 and my weight is 333 pounds. I'm not very happy with this part of my life and it reflects with the way I feel. My job (Deputy Sheriff) for the most part requires (well it should) to be in tip top shape and I am far from it. My job is rough enough so I don't want or need to make it worst, which at this point in my life (physically) that is exactly what I am doing.
So I must work on this.
The ultimate goal here though, is to be around for my girls. I want to see them grow up and live their own lives and to be apart of that and to play with my grandchildren.
On another note I'm not really sure about the stats above but my hips listed is my stomach size,wow that is really bad. I didn't do my hips. I can't even begin to tell you how hard it was for me to put this picture of myself with NO SHIRT, for everyone to see on here. It's really hard for me to look at it. But I'm determined to get in shape and be healthy one way or another and if that is what I have to do to achieve that goal, then so be it. God bless everyone, stay motivated.
