At 73 I feel great and am very active. I have been athletic my whole life, having played varsity sports in both high school and college. I also had a 25 year career as a beach lifeguard on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. Since I retired in 1997 I have been a part-time surf instructor. I can attest to and am living proof of the benefits of keeping fit.
