My Photos | roper5 I am a rancher/farmers wife and mom of three beautiful kids! Our son is 11, and two daughters who are 9 and 6. I have always loved to be in shape, and after having 3 kids and turning 31 this year, I realized it was not as easy as it used to be! I have played soccer, basketball, softball, and rodeod since I was in 4th grade. I love to be active, and enjoy my time with 3 kids and ranch life. I have played soccer, basketball, softball, and rodeod since I was in 4th grade. I love to be active, and enjoy my time with 3 kids and ranch life. I find it hard to squeeze in "me" time! I struggle with my weight going up and down with about 5-10 lbs, and I would like to get great muscle tone again, and then maintain it! I have used Turbo Jam for 2 years and love it, and I wanted a little more, so now I am trying Chalene Extreme and just loving it! It is really challenging me and after 3 weeks, I have more room in my jeans and that is exciting. That is why I decided to become a Coach! I love to help people, and I want YOU to feel as good as I do now that I have joined team beach body! I worked out for 2 years with Turbo Jam and never went to Wowy.com and logged in, and now I finally did in February 2009 and so thankful to be having so much fun and getting amazing results. 3/20/08..I love working out with wowy.com and my success buddies everyday. I am able to get up and work out and be excited! I used to feel so lonely working out, but not now with my success buddies, with my great coach and I love the ChaLean Extreme workouts. I just completed my first week, and it is tough...but I made it and I can already feel my muscles getting stronger. 4/24/09...I am so excited, I just finished my first week of the Push phase! I feel so much better and can see results in my clothes fitting so much better, my stomach is tighter, and my back does not hurt! These are hard workouts, but I love that I CAN DO IT and that I am getting stronger. I have noticed when my kids and I were roping the other day, that even when I ride I sit up straighter, because I have tighter abs...and my back does not hurt! Yeah, I love this workout...somedays I can hardly get out of bed, then I do and I feel great in no time! 5-15-09.. Wow I just finished the push phase! I was really amazed at how heavy I was able to lift by the end! I really amazed myself. I feel really strong and am loving my closet now that I can wear everything in it again. I no longer have to worry that I may not be able to fit in my jeans, and shorts! The biggest issue with this phase, is that I was really hungry and I was so busy farming, that I was not following the Food Guide to a "T" and that has been hard. I found myself eating the wrong things, and I do not feel as good as when I finished the Burn phase...all because I fell back into my old eating habits. Frustrating! So I am getting back on track, and lean phase here I come! 6/22/09 I can not believe it, but I am done with the lean phase! It is amazing how much stronger I was and how much easier it was to do the Burn Intervals, then when I started. I struggled keeping up with the lean phase because of summer and my kids being home and we are up earlier and out later. But it is exciting to see the results of working so hard at this program. My eating habits I am still struggling with, since we are on the "go" so much. But I am working on it to be more organized and planning ahead! Yeah I finished Chalean Extreme...was not sure when I started that I wasn't getting in over my head...but I am sure now!! 6/24/09 It is amazing to start back at the Burn Phase (Lean for Life Now:)and see how far I have come using my tracking sheets. I was able to lift so much more and felt so good when I was done! LOVE IT! | ||||||||
