After witnessing the incredible transformation that my friend "Papi" when through (see his MDB thread here), I decided that P90 might just be what I needed as well, but not for the same reasons.

You see, I'm thin (most would probably say skinny). Been that way most of my life, thanks to the genes of my thin parents. I was 145 lbs and 5'9" when I graduated high school and dropped to about 140 lbs
