I just graduated from UCSD and am excited to see what God has in store for me both physically and spiritually. I just graduated from UCSD and am excited to see what God has in store for me both physically and spiritually. I want to be a Physical Therapist and should be applying to PT programs soon. So, I definitely can't treat patients looking like this. I hope at the end of this process all of these will come together the way God intends it to.
Some activities I enjoy when I'm not sore: jogging, trail running, surfing, snowboarding, camping, swimming, and going to church.
Lastly, I thought this would be an appropriate verse in more ways than one when referring to the rigors of the P90X program as well as life, in general:
Hebrews 12:1 "....let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.

Well, I changed my eating habits and I look significantly more toned but have only lost an addt'l 2 more lbs. I've been doing the DOUBLES program and it is definitely doing the trick. I hope that by week 12 I can finally be where I want to be. --Week 6!!!!!! Still in progress, but I have lost 5 lbs so far. I need to change my eating habits...that will speed up the process. Plus, I'm going to start doing the DOUBLES program instead. I'm hoping that will recharge my fat burning. --4th week!!!!
