Well, I changed my eating habits and I look significantly more toned but have only lost an addt'l 2 more lbs. I've been doing the DOUBLES program and it is definitely doing the trick. I hope that by week 12 I can finally be where I want to be. --Week 6!!!!!!
Still in progress, but I have lost 5 lbs so far. I need to change my eating habits...that will speed up the process. Plus, I'm going to start doing the DOUBLES program instead. I'm hoping that will recharge my fat burning. --4th week!!!!
