Back in college, I ran track and cross-country and, as a result, was always in good shape. Back then, I had no trouble maintaining a slim and athletic figure.
A decade later, after the c-section deliveries of three beautiful daughters in as many years, I found msyelf reluctant to wear shorts or sleeveless tops for the first time in my life. My weight wasn't super-high, but I felt like I had no muscle tone and like my body had suddenly turned into everyone's idea of the typical mid-30s mom body . . . only maybe a little less toned! And I was tired all the time . . . I felt like I couldn't keep up with my work and my little ones.

I saw Debbie Siebers' Slim in 6 infomercial while I was up late one night (with a sick baby, of course!). The explanation of how to use the video series was so simple; I knew I could find a way to carve out 45 minutes a day for six weeks to give it a try. After all, that was less than 35 hours total! Plus, Debbie's enthusiasm and belief in her product inspired me to give it a go. I figured, what did I have to lose but a few pounds and inches?

After just one week of working out 25 minutes a day, I felt stronger and more powerful. After three weeks, I had lost two inches from my waist, and my jeans were getting too loose! And I couldn't believe the difference I saw in my before-and-after pictures after I completed the six-week program. I had lost 10 pounds and a total of 11 inches!

Most important, I felt like I had energy and was able to keep up with my little girls again. I even carry myself differently now; I stand up straighter and have been told I have a brand-new spring in my step.
