NOVEMBER 2006:
I am at my heaviest weight, probably around 215 lbs. And that's mostly fat and hardly any muscle. That's when my 'before' photo was taken. My wife and I went to Disney World to celebrate our 5th anniversary. We had a blast and have some great memories. We even took over 800 photos. BUT, we still haven't put the scrapbook together because we were both unhappy with our weight in all those photos.

JANUARY 2007:
New Years Goal to lose weight was in place and for the first time I actually stuck with it. And my wife did, too. We lost about 40 lbs. each and were feeling pretty good. We were eating pretty healthy, but still went out to eat and "went off the diet" on occasion. I was doing some minor weight lifting and working out with Turbo Jam 5 days a week straight for about 3-4 months. For me, the weight loss leveled off around April or May, and while my exercise routine started to slip, I was able to maintain my weight through the summer and into the fall.

FALL 2007:
My wife and I find out we are expecting our first child! Exciting times for us and a blessing for sure. I gained about 5 pounds, I think. Could have been worse, I guess, because I started to eat anything/everything and definitely stopped exercising. Made it thru Thanksgiving/Christmas and was ready to get back on track and keep pressing play!

MAY 2008:
My wife is within the healthy range of pregnancy weight gain ... and I didn't gain *that* much! We are back on track eating better and I've begun working out again. We are going to start P90X together as soon as she can begin an intense workout program after delivery.

MARCH 2009:
Time to get back on track. Keep pushing play! New goals, new commitments. Ready to attack P90X ... and I'll be sure to let you know how it goes.
