Several years ago I was 247 pounds and smoked a pack a day. I bought a bicycle and started to ride to offset my eating habits and quit smoking. for years I have struggled to stay under 200 pounds. My cardio was excessive, but so was my eating. I love to eat. I could never control my eating. I have tried many diets, but I could not stick to any of them. With Million Dollar Body Club, I have accountability to my peers, coaches, and clients to stay fit and constantly improve. I am on this Journey too. I work, I struggle, I succeed. It is not easy for me, but support here is what makes the difference. Hanging around people with the same goals helps a bunch. Being online and virtual makes it a 24/7 support group that you just cant get in a club or gym. My personal goal is to get down under 180 pounds and help others do what I have done. I love to share my tips that helped me get past the food barriers and on to my goals.
