Most of my life I have been overweight and the times when I have had significant weight loss there was no support system to help me reach and stay with my goals.

I've made some solid changes in my eating , starting with my grocery shopping and planing meals. Then with making a deliberate choice with what I eat while away from home . Every choice is made with Heart health in mind . To make a real change you must put different actions in motion . I really want to make each choice count for my health , and while each day is not perfect, each day is getting better.
Right now I'm making a move on loosing and have lost 26 pounds so moving forward i'm working on the next 26 .
