I just finished up my 30 days on Power 90 1-2. I started Power 90 3-4 on August 1. I am already seeing a great change in my abs, chest, amd shoulders. Those were the biggest areas that I needed improvement. I have lost an inch and a 1/2 iand lost 8 lbs.
