I have been overweight since I was a child I was never into sports but loved
watching sports, always wishing I would be as slim as all those athletes. I
have tried many workouts but looking to what's going to take all this fat away

Transformation Story

I have attempted to do this program a few times. I achieved great results in
my first try by day 30. Then lost a few more the next 30 days, but was not so
motivated. I reached 186 pounds More...
I have attempted to do this program a few times. I achieved great results in
my first try by day 30. Then lost a few more the next 30 days, but was not so
motivated. I reached 186 pounds more than I weighed when I was 9 months
preg with my son. Since June of this year 2008 I have been working on
controling my eating habits and learning a lot first month and half I lost 10
pounds. Controlling my eating alone is a great accomplishment but since I
love to exercise I knew I had tu turn to beachbody workouts started
alternating TurboJam with walking/jogging and by the end on august had lost
20 pounds which was the goal I set for myself before attempting anything
big. Big like P90X big! Then I became a $1k wowy winner and it was like the
green light. I ordered my p90x and a week into it I am looooooving it! Can't
wait to see my new transformen body by New Years.
