Hello, I am Clint Hartwig. I have been a stay-at-home-dad since June of 2002. Right now, I also have included being a staff substitute, my eBay business, and being a Team Beachbody coach! That's right, I am here to help you lose

WOOHOO! I finished slim in 6 and feel great, except my knees, but they always take a pounding. Let me tell you about my journey. The bulletin boards are the greatest helps and probably is what made the difference. You know when you are struggling with either eating or exercise, you can either get encouraged or encourage others (which seems to have the same affect on you). So if you need some encouragement, email me. I am always glad to help out. I will admit that I fell a few times, not literally, in the diet area. The key is to get back up on that horse. BIU was murder, on me that is, the first few days of doing it. I have since that time gotten quite well at BIU and can complete it without hardly any problem. (The floor exercise is the only problem area, again the knees are at fault.) So, if you still have doubts after going through my page, email me or put your email into my circle of support box and let me know what they are. I was the biggest doubter of this program, but now I am a big supporter. Thank you Debbie and forgive me for all the times I yelled at you on the TV screen.

Update: 6/8/04
I am now in day 23 of P90 and discovered something. From the time I finished up slim in 6 (May 3rd) and the start of P90 (May 17th) I gained 10 pounds! Yikes! I will confess to not handling my diet very strictly. Guilty as charged, but I have dropped about half of that gained weight. I have uploaded a new picture. It is my "before" pic for P90. I am however keeping my original "before" pic up because this is now a Beachbody journey and not just a si6 journey. On day 30 I will change my number for P90. Right now they are my si6 numbers.
UPDATE: 5/2/05
I am having to start all over again. Last August I gave up. Since then I have gained back the 18 pounds I had lost plus and additional 6 pounds. This is gonna be tough, but I want to be in shape to have a better quality of life.
UPDATE: Jan. 16, 2006
I am sad to report that I have completely fallen off the horse and have been dragged through the mud. I am now heavier than when I started the Slim in 6 progam. I am up to a whopping 242. I have vowed to get back first to my starting weight 225, then to my low of 207, and finally to my ultimate goal of 185. I will be looking for a wowy buddy soon, any takers?!
UPDATE: May 15, 2006
I am still going strong. I just put up my newest photo taken today. I am unfortunately, at 215 - 218, but I have decided not to go my numbers, just on how I feel and how clothes fit. I am sure the numbers will come down on their own. You know a watched pot never boils. ;-) Well just wanting to post an update. I am switching up exercises every couple of weeks or some as to "confuse" my body and not allow it to get used to a certain thing. Just gotta keep pushing play!
