I have always battled my weight and over the years I got up to 234 pounds,
and on my 17th anniversary I wanted to wear a nice dress, but couldn't find
one that fit. With the support of my family I have been going strong and
working out almost every day since December. I am down to 154 pounds and
still losing. I haven't been this small in 21 years. I have been using Turbo Jam
and Great body DVDs, and watching what I eat.
