I am a married college graduate living in New Jersey with my husband of 28 yrs . I have two kids in college. Have been a stay at home mom all my married life. I have not been able to lose weight since 2000. Its very slow.I love Rock Music especially Chicago. Jason Scheff is the reason I fell into this. My husband and I go to concerts and the theater. We eat out often. I am very much into eating

We eat out often. I am very much into eating healthy. I just eat to much for what my body needs. I have to exercise. I read a lot about health issues always have. Never have put myself out online like this...:) I have been online a long time .I am going to take the Scheffy Challenge.
