My name is Matthew from Syracuse, NY. My brother sent me this site knowing I needed to spice things up in my life. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1997 and deal with it everyday. I have slight numbness on the right side of my body (head to toe), anxiety, and deal with chronic fatigue. The key to the disease is to not let it defeat you (which I slacked on). I was classified as unemployable by the state and Veterans Association. I haven't worked since 2003. The past couple of years I have let myself go and know my physical self will only get worse if I don't step up and do something about it. I'm very excited to get started and want to thank my brother and coach, Mark, for getting me interested. I have seen his results and will push myself to get the same. Maybe even better results (lol, have to be competetive, he is my bro). Not only am I straped with MS but I have high cholesterol and blood pressure which is regulated with medication, like my brother was. Family genetics, have to love it. But my brother is free of medication now and i want that for myself.

One more thing, I have children that are active in sports and I want the strength and ability to keep chasing them up and down fields of play. My MS might take that from me but if I'm strong physically as well as mentally nothing will stop me.
