I am a 23 year old woman who just moved across the country to get married.I got married in August of 2007.

I stopped Turbo Jamming for awhile while I worked in a tattoo shop. It doesn't sound like an active job, but I was the administrative assistant for one of the most successful small businesses in the area, so I have been spending 8-12 hours a day on my feet.

I have not been physically active in any regular way since 2003. I put on 40 pounds in college and have recently begun losing the weight through a healthy diet, but my exercise is still minimal and not very effective.

I started Turbo Jam today and I have to say---I am SO EXCITED! I think with this program I might actually be able to stick to working out every day and eating right!!!


DAY 6: I HAVE DROPPED A PANT SIZE ALREADY!!!!! It hasn't even been a week!!!!


MONTH 9: I stopped doing any workouts for the past 3 months. Lame, I know. But I started again today, and, I AM AMAZED! I knew Turbo Jam changed my day to day activity level, my eating habits, and my lifestyle in general. I didn't realize how fit I still am. I am so proud of myself and am amazed at the physical transformation I have made. I CANT WAIT to see what will happen now that I am back on track!!!
